Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. But I know that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, I need at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will require payment for the treatment in full.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, payment in full for the session will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your treatment for another time that is convenient to you.
